Kyle is a main Health & Wellness coach at El Dorado Fitness. One of his main focuses is quantum connective healing. His purpose is to guide individuals to write their own path to becoming happy and healthy. He offers different perspectives on diet, exercise and emotional goal achieving methods. He wants to help his clients rewrite and uncluttered their lives so they can live authentically.

Miles molds his training to create workouts that are functional for his clients, and personalizes each plan to their own personal needs.
